Can someone help me, please?

How do I complete the mission to help the teams again? For example, I’ve already helped Team Magma, but now I want to help Team Aqua—how do I do that?

I tried talking to the mayor, but it didn't work.

u can help either one of them!! either u help magma, then u fight aqua or vice versa..u can help both of them

As @Draco127 has said, you can speak with the Quest Guru in Vulcan Town House 5 (on the left side of the Pokemon Center).

Once you speak reset your quest, then you can proceed by speaking with Ahok.
