PRO Client not responding when pc just booted up

I just noticed that my PRO client usually does not respond when it gets this login page specifically with the starters. I had to open the client a lot of times to get the other login page. This usually happens when i just booted up my pc. image.png1123.png

i get this i just close the client and re-open it.....maybe repeat process a few times if it happens again to me
