Hiện tôi truy cập lại tài khoản của mình sau hơn 5 năm. Một số Pokemon vẫn còn tồn tại nhưng một số Pokemon không còn tồn tại. Các trang bị như vòng tay mega, đá mega, ... thì không tìm thấy.

Có bạn nào hoặc admin có thể giúp tôi không?

Could you please provide us a list of the Pokémon and items that you believe are missing from your account?

Also, please make sure that you are checking the correct account.

It is possible that you may be confusing this account with another account that is also linked to the same email address.

Once you provide us with the list, we'll be able to look into it further.
