Hey, ive been hunting Misdreavus on Route 209 in Sinnoh for more than 2 days now, and it says in the pokedex that it spawns all day long, on grass and water, but i only encountered it all this time only at night. Is there an issue with the spawning time ?

I apologize for the issue you were experiencing. There is currently no known issue with the information presented in the Pokedex not aligning with the in-game encounters. Overall, the encounters come down to RNG and, at times, that RNG is not in our favor. On a route with many different spawns, that pool of possibilities increases.
