I prefer using Trainer Tower for fast leveling, Here is the Guide for it:

Coming to EV training, holding a Macho Brace on the Pokémon doubles EV gain in the EV Train area.

During event time, multiple Pokémon that share the same EV spread can be EV-trained together, since EVs ,like experience, are gained party-wide.

There are no new regions added. Which info you need in here?
