My Gyaradosite appears to be missing.

A long time ago, I traded my Gyarados to a friend while it was holding Gyaradosite. My friend later traded the same Gyarados back to me, but I have recently noticed that it is no longer holding the Gyaradosite.

I have checked my bag, my party, and my PC, and I cannot find the Gyaradosite anywhere.

Unfortunately, the trade happened quite a while ago, so I do not remember the exact date or time. If possible, could someone please check my account/item history and determine what happened to the Gyaradosite?
