Press the report button, ask the Mods to force trade, after 7 days they'll do that if the other person don't reply.

Hello,

Once an auction has been won, the winner and the auction owner must try to complete the trade within 7 days. During this period, both the winner and the auctioneer should try to contact each other through every method available to them. If the other party shows no sign of trading or responding within 7 days, you can report them using the report button in the thread.
