I am reaching out to ask for your assistance regarding a World Quest reward.

While I was playing on the Gold server, I successfully completed the World Quest with my main account. However, I forgot to claim the reward before transferring/returning to the Silver server.

Since the quest was completed on my account, would it be possible to help me receive the Mysterious Ticket on the Silver server?

Hello! I'm sorry to hear about this!

Unfortunately, players are responsible for claiming their quest rewards upon completing a quest, so you'll need to transfer back to Gold to claim your ticket.

However, I can't guarantee that the ticket will still be available if you've already completed the latest WQ on Silver.

Please remember to claim your rewards before transferring servers in the future to avoid similar situations.

I understand this isn't the answer you were hoping for, and I'm sorry we can't offer you a better solution in this case.
