i have checked it multiple times.

There is no double Account. I switched from Gold to Silver. My other character is unused.

I checked by search bar, manual and my mailbox. couldnt find it anywhere

Unfortunately i cannot find anything in your inventory on your Bajramon account and your other account, and with confirmation that no coins have been purchased since December 2025, and along with the battery ram not being in your inventory at any point, I am not able to retrieve the item for you.

What could have happened is you did not have enough coins and you might have believe to have purchased it without checking your currency.

i havent purchased the coins recently. i had 155 Coins left 2 days ago, when i tried to buy the ram.
Is there no other Data you can check for my balance and or interactions?
