I'm missing 3 mb out of my bag I put in a support ticket last week and still haven't received any email I just want to know what happened to them I didn't use them, they just disappeared I received them in a trade from another person

I apologize for the delay in response. According to our database, you have purchased via trade a total of 3 master balls since October 26th. Since October 26th, you have caught both Hoopa and Darkrai. Can you confirm that you caught these two Pokemon with a Master Ball?

Finally, you currently have x1 Master Ball remaining in your inventory which would add up to the three total.
