What have you done before the problem was there?

just started the game after 3 days but couldn't connect to the server.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Relaunch client, restart computer, tried to connect for blue server

 

Description and Message

Hi. After I load up the launcher and press "login", the client is "connecting to server" than the screen freezen (i mean the client animation) and than like nothing happens and i can press login again.

 

The same happens for me on my android device.

 

Do you guys have any ideas, how to solve the problem?

The servers are both, atm offline.

Oh I didn't noticed.. Is there any announcement about the server status? Thanks for reply tho. :Shy:

Look at this guide, if you're still facing problems with Android.

 

The server's bandwidth tends to be exceeded due to loads of people trying to login at the same and over time, given that Hoenn has been released.

 

You should still be able to login though, eventually. Just expect some latency and wait patiently.
