I wonder if there is a possibility of recovered objects that hold the Pokemon locked in boxes of CP (like macho brace / leftovers etc ...)

Or if it will be modified to the recovered before the 8th badge.

No you cannot take off item from pokemon locked. You will be use it again when you get 8 badge in Hoen
