There are to dogs in front of power plant and i can't get in. I have beaten hoenn e4 and I spoke with the security guard at a pokecenter. What do i have to do to get rid of them? :thanks:

I just got message that i need to put CD i nonly 3 towns, and i went to 3 nearest to me, Slateport, mauvile, and Rustboro, and i get the same reply from PC when i try to use it:"This PC was allready struck ...... BETHER TRY ANOTHER pc Before it's too late.

Same for me here, did all cities but still need an other for finish this quest. I'm stuck

it seems that the quest has changed . Now u have to find 3 Pokecenters that your CD will work

I visited all the poke centers, and put the discs and wally didnt appear, and when i try to put the disc all the computers are locked, help me please

nice guide. you forgot to mention where to find the pulsies and that you need to talk to them when they are close to the rods.
