how can i get cd from Wattson pls? I had came anywhere in hoenn but i didnt see it :(

How could this be random? You get to pick the 5 PCs you want right? I have a different issue, I have put the CD in 4 different computers at 4 different PCs. Now when I go to the 5th computer at multiple different PCs do nothings. Cant summon wally. cant choose my 5th PC.

 

Please help.

it seems to alternate fail and pass results. plan to visit 10 pokecenters.
