Get into a wild Pokemon battle or relog and it should fix itself. Happens to me sometimes when the server lags.

I did that several times and closed the client as well. Doesn't work. I can get through other doors and ladders fine, but not this one.

I am not seeing a bug from this end.

As long as there are those that remember what was, there will always be those that are unable to accept what can be.
