Hey, while i was doing the subway quest after defeating all magma/aqua grunts i talked to Wattson and everytime he stuck my game, relogged 3times (with 500+ queue ><) nothing help, what should i do?

It's in New Mauville, Wattson NPC on the right of Magma/Aqua Admins. I think one supposed to talk to him 2 times to be able to continue the Hoenn Teleportation unlock quest, but talking to him the 2nd time make players stuck. In my case it worked the 4th time I relog. Since the server was completely normal then, it must be NPC bug, not server overload (I'm from Red server).

i relog a lot of times and this bug happen again and again.after a lot of attempts he finally talked to me and i finished quest.
