I've tried every location from the topic and also checked the whole Hoenn map, still nothing.

Latios quest is bugged, after i find latias and battle with her, the tv still talking about a red Pokémon...

i cant find latios at all i checked in all the 10 locations like 4 times each.i spent all my day in it and i still cant find it!it must be really bugged please fix it

But we have only 9 locations ;)

I found him (latios) in underwater in dive spot in route 124 above item maniac house but you have to go all the way to the end to another dive spot

After every post here I'm hoping that someone found the last Latios location :<
