Ok, so we have now all 10 locations, and Latios still isn't appearing anywhere for me.

yeah i talked with kyloren ing... latios is not appearing in any of the 10 spots for neither of us tho... must be a bug or something

Have you tried watchin' TV? It should say ''the blue bird is flying around''
