Hey, i would like to change my Password but I can't because its an GMX-Mail.

 

Not sure if you will be able to solve that problem..

 

It would be easier for you if you change the System into something different. Allow everybody to change his PW himself and only the reset should be a mail related option. Thats also safe.

 

Actually im pretty impressed about this bug. But i guess no1 is working on it..

You should be able to request a password yourself on your Account Homepage.

 

Be sure to also check your junk/trash inbox too if it does not appear.

Did you receive a confirmation e-mail?

Well, Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo are the only providers who are actually able to receive mails from PRO - caused by the fact that other providers use a spam filter which will prevent the e-mail from getting through.

I don't see a solution, yet.

Not sure if the answer is something like "there won't be any solution"..

 

This is a well known problem, but I think you wont fix it. To be honest I guess you are not even working on it.

 

I know it's an open beta and you guys have enough real life issues and still doing great so far with this game.

Problems like this can be fixed within a few days without spending many hours of real work on it.

 

You can contact at least web & gmx (kinda same provider) for gettin through this filter. So there won't be any further problems with receiving mails form PRO.

 

Also you could change it, like I said before, into a system which allows anybody to change password whenever he wants.

Only if passwords getting lost an automatic reset via email is required. (This is of cause a must have since you will have a lot of security problems else)

 

But since this is the forum and you guys are only here for forum related stuff I guess those people who would be able to change it and fix the problem won't even read it.
