The best way to solve this client problem is re-downloading and re-extracting the client , also make sure that you're downloading the suitable ''bit'' version for your engine in fact some 32 bit pcs ran 64 bits and had problems like these. And always report if there is any client issue from that kind and explain how it happens so we would catch up and fix them all. Thanks.

You need to try relogging or using sync button. Otherwise you can try to provide information like what was the last thing you were doing when npcs replied to you last time and post your evidence.
