my friend is trying to play the game but we are wondering if the game is region locked or something since i can connect but he cant he activated his account no error messege beside saying he cannont connect to server so i'm wondering if this game is region locked or something he's in the U.A.E

Has your friend accepted his confirmation e-mail? He should receive one shortly after he registers.

Please also ask your friend to ensure his system meets the minimum requirements for the game, as well as has a stable internet connection.

If this does not help your issue please reply and give more details on the error, such as does the client launch, if so, does he receive an error message when he tries to log in?

for those of you who dont know U.A.E is United Arab Emirates or the more known name of Dubai which is a city in U.A.E

The game is not locked for U.A.E. Just let him make sure that his account is well activated and his system meets the requirements. Also make sure that the server is actually ''UP" at the time he tries to connects from the site. https://pokemonrevolution.net/index.php

The "cannot connect to server" notice means the server is currently down - it also may be caused by an unstable internet connection. If the server is down you will not be able to connect in this time.

You can use the Server Status Checker to tell when the server is up.
