Hello,

 

I started the quest of ash's hat when starting the game more haven't completed it and now I'm looking for both the CAP how much ash and I can't find them anymore, I can't finish this quest?

Go to Route 22 which is west of Viridian City and hunt for Mankey.

 

If you have a Pokemon with Covet/Thief, use it on an Mankey till you find the hat.

-or-

Capture a Mankey and see if he holding the hat.

You will be able to find Ash again in Viridian Forest. You will need to have chosen Pikachu as your starter to receive the hat.

Having said that I know I won't get this hat because I didn't start with Pikachu.
