I need a Hitmonchan for the 120 Kanto Pokemon and all I need is having more defense than attack on Tyrogue.

So does my Tyrogue, but he still tries to evolve into Hitmontop

Tyrogue only can evolve into Hitmontop in PRO. These other evolution can be implement in the future. For hitmonchan you can beat Boss Lv120 at Saffon city. Hope it can help you.
