and everytime after click in link in e-mail to reset password

Do the new passwords contain special characters? Can you try using a password containing only normal letters and numbers?

Be polite and patient if you need support. While users with the symbols +, % and @ are the chat staff, they are not necessarily also game staff, but they can usually advise you. That said, forums are better for reporting issues and bugs.

i cant even write new password, page does not show , instead of the page displays error when i click link in e mail.

There is indeed an issue with the password reset page. Needs an Administrators touch.
