What Nade said. Red seems to be online a bit more but it is also full quite often and the queues are larger. Blue is the same as Red except you can log in faster; most of the time :P

 

Personally I play Red as a lot more people are on there for me to meet and be friends with. (We're also cooler)

If you new and caring about PvP and have no friend, Blue is good choice. If your friend in Red, and not caring about race top PvP, Red is better then.
