Checked on forums if any other requirements were needed, and couldn't find anything Assuming this is a bug. Nightjay Posted July 4, 2016 Share Posted July 4, 2016 For these kinds of evolutions (e.g. Ancientpower Mamoswine, Double Hit Ambipom, etc), you need to use the move once in battle. Try getting into a random wild battle and using Rollout - you should get an evolution popup screen afterwards.
