What have you already tried to solve the problem?

i have tried every thing restart,re download 32 and 64 bit everything the same mesage apears "user already logged in" what sould i do?

Hi, this is a common problem caused when you aren't logged out correctly. After the next server reboot/ crash you will be able to log in again.

As Nathan said, this is a client side bug, I believe one of the DEVS is trying to reproduce the problem so that theyre able to fix it, you'll just have to wait for now, I'm sure it wont be long ~ sorry for the inconvenience.
