Switching pokemon during battle

Hello everyone, I have sugestion about what I'm write in topic, propably most of us know that in pokemon you can freely switch your pokemon who is actually fighting for another one, before NPC trainer choose his next pokemon.

Not having that option is in my opinion big problem for new players (I'm mean players who are playing PRO first time), who want do EV trainig while normally playing the game - fighting NPC, GYM Leaders, but with no option for switching pokemon amid of battles, you can in easy way lost few EV points.

I like Set. I always have, I feel like Shift is OP. It makes the NPC battles a little shred of a challenge

because the game would be boring and way to easy. whats the point to swtich to something that is stronger than the opponent

I think Set makes it more challenging. I wouldn't change it.

yep its more challenging that way.

It's more challenging - I'll agree shift is too easy in the actual games.

But it seriously makes it harder when you don't know a gymleaders exact team.

As others have already mentioned, main reason is why switch-between-battle option is disabled is to make your game experience more challenging, given the fact that you can scout out NPC's teams easily and can rotate your team accordingly, it will be too easy in an MMO game. Thank you for your suggestion but this will not be implemented.
