Tm Thief lost.

:/ Im new to this game and as it is its already irritating.. I made 7 something thousand to get the TM thief. i taught it to my Nidorina then after it said it had learned it About five minutes later then game just went down. I get back on in like 20 minutes.. The Tm was gone, The money i used to get it was gone and my Nidorina didnt have it learned.. :/ So im honestly quiet upset.. and i dont know if i have to get that ALL back again or if theres someone who can help me.

Unfortunately you've most likely lost it all, I've not heard of anyone getting anything recovered from a server drop, it's one of the hazards of playing the game in it's current state

Could always be worse, people have missed their 1 chance at legendaries due to server issues

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. I am so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
