Once you've purchased the Medalion with your coins, you need to click on it in your inventory to activate the membership. Kayonakamura Posted July 9, 2016 Author Share Posted July 9, 2016 I see nothing in my inventory, when I re-logged in I didn't check my coins because the last two times I bought them it automatically loaded onto my account. I went to buy and clicked the MS and then buy. It never said I didn't have enough coins or anything. Then logged out and nothing changed. Also thanks for the quick response. Yes, it might be that you haven't received the coins yet - sometimes they can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account after you first purchase them. However, if you hadn't yet received the coins and tried purchasing anyway, you would have received a pop-up that says "You cannot afford [whatever you're trying to buy]." Are you sure the Medalion never appeared in your inventory? If it did, it will be under the "Misc Items" tab. You can find it in the top right hand corner of your screen, as shown in red here: This will open this screen where you can view your current coin count, as shown in red: (Please be aware that payment can take up to 24 hours to clear. If using an E-Cheque direct through Paypal this process can take up to 7 days) Then go to the Consumables tab, and select the MS Medallion, then press Buy. The MS Medallion will then appear in your backpack, and you will need to use it to activate the Membership. When it is activated there will be a Red star in the top left hand corner of your screen, near your party. If you have any further issues report them on the Donations Issues forum.
