Have you purchased the MS Medalion from Coin Shop yet? Once you've purchased the Medalion with your coins, you need to click on it in your inventory to activate the membership. If you've successfully activated membership you'll see a red star at the top left corner, as you mentioned.

I see nothing in my inventory, when I re-logged in I didn't check my coins because the last two times I bought them it automatically loaded onto my account. I went to buy and clicked the MS and then buy. It never said I didn't have enough coins or anything. Then logged out and nothing changed. Also thanks for the quick response.

Could it be possible I hadn't received the coins and tried to buy the Ms?

That's a bit strange. Yes, it might be that you haven't received the coins yet - sometimes they can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account after you first purchase them. However, if you hadn't yet received the coins and tried purchasing anyway, you would have received a pop-up that says "You cannot afford [whatever you're trying to buy]."

 

Are you sure the Medalion never appeared in your inventory? If it did, it will be under the "Misc Items" tab. This is what it should look like:

Please go to the Coin Shop. You can find it in the top right hand corner of your screen, as shown in red here:

 

This will open this screen where you can view your current coin count, as shown in red:

(Please be aware that payment can take up to 24 hours to clear. If using an E-Cheque direct through Paypal this process can take up to 7 days)

 

Then go to the Consumables tab, and select the MS Medallion, then press Buy. The MS Medallion will then appear in your backpack, and you will need to use it to activate the Membership. When it is activated there will be a Red star in the top left hand corner of your screen, near your party.
