New NPCs called PokeStop, looking like clowns, have appeared. They give a brief description of the place they are, then give free items. This is a list I made of their location and the items they gave me. If you have different items or find other PokeStops, please let me know so I can update the list.

(because I'm a moron, I don't have a screenshot of the NPC nor a few unsignificant items from them)

 

Viridian gym, revive+?

Viridian forest lobby, ?+?

Pewter museum, potion+great ball

mt Moon pokecenter, super repel+ether

Bill's house, rare candy+pokeball

Vermillion port, great ball+ether

Diglett cave Vermillion entrance, pokeball+great ball

Cerulean Cave, rare candy+?

Anyone playing Pokemon Go will instantly recognise where these are from.

 

I designed these with a similar concept in mind, i.e they give a couple of random items. They reappear after a few days and you can reclaim another couple of random items.

id like to add that i get a rare candy+great ball at digletts cave entrance 2

I first encountered one a couple of days ago outside Mt.Moon and I thought he was always there and never saw him.

Good to know that this is a new thing and I'm not getting old lol.

sadly these pokestop wont give me nothing, all say dont have the right badge or something along those lines :(

afaik the enconters reset are 48h after the last time you spoke with him, and he spawns in front of the 1st stop.

the places i found so far are:

1-cerulean cave entrance

2-bill's house

3-viridian gym

4-viridian forest(little bit on the right of the maze)

5-pewter museum

6-mt moon pokecenter

7-vermilion port

8-inside diglett cave

9-next to kanto's daycare service

I love getting 2 rare candies.
