But just for fire IVs:

 

HP: uneven

Atk: even or uneven

Def: uneven or even (u want here uneven if atk is even or the other way around)

Spd: even

Spatk: even

Spdef: uneven

 

Result of the equation would be 8,... with that ivs to get a fire hidden power.
