Oscar Posted July 13, 2016 Share Posted July 13, 2016 in cerulean city there is a man who speaks about the badges, but i dont know why it says that by i have certain badge it ups the attack status, defense status or speed status of my pokemons?? can someone to explain it to me?? and the leader vermilion gym, when i win to him, he says that his badge let me fly like a lightning, if in PRO the HM02 is not useful out of battle??
