So this is a problem forum-related I have, everytime I visit the forum it always looks like this(only the background iamge shown)

I use Opera mainly, but I tried Google Chrome, and Safari as well, still shows like this. I post this from my phone, but, can you please help me fix this? I really want to be able to visit the forums so I can read some guides for bosses and other things. (my phone is slow)
