I believe the only way you can donate is purchasing coins, I also searched for it but couldnt find it.

Update: There used to be this, but it seems to be removed.

To donate, you'll need to log into the game and click the orange purse icon at the top right corner:

 

 

Afterwards, this Coin Shop window will pop up. Click the orange "Get Coins" button, and a PayPal donation link will pop up in your browser:

 

 

Fill out the PayPal information - each time you fill the form out, you'll be able to donate $5 USD for 100 coins. Once the payment has gone through, you'll need to relog for the coins to appear in your account. The coins can take up to 24 hours to be processed successfully, so don't fret if you don't see them right away. If you run into any donation issues, make a topic in the "Donation Issues" subforum.
