Shiny Porygon/Dome

Hello,

I tried to search but i didn't have an answer.

How can we get Porygon shiny ?

Since you need an item to get one. You only have one chance to have them in shiny ?

Same question for Dome or other fossile pokemon ? You only have one chance to get them in shiny ?

if you revive them theres a chance to be shiny so yeah

With a 100 owned dex, you can obtain one from the Cinnibar Labs, yes. You have a small chance to obtain it as a shiny. Alongside that, it may be easier (though much more costly) to upgrade a handful of them into a P2 and have your fingers crossed for a shiny.

 

Hopefully when they are added to the game corner rewards we will see these more.

James/Jessie boss can give you a Silver Disc as reward when you beat him/her, which gives you the chance to get more Porygon.

In addition to the Jessie/James boss reward mentioned above, you can also potentially get a Silver Disc as a reward for completing the Celadon Taskmaster Daily quest. More information in this guide here.

You can get fossils from digging.

You can obtain fossil Pokemon through various methods. As the previous poster pointed out, there's a chance to unearth them at certain dig spots (here's the dig spot guide). You also have a chance to get fossils from the Brock boss NPC after beating him (here's the boss fight guide).
