Is there such thing as trade rep in this game, I got to hoenn and wanted to buy a pokemon, and I said I was going to pay for the dude's travel expenses and he asked me if I'm trolling, which made me feel really bad... Actually at the moment there isn't any trade reputation system ^^

This has been suggested before but denied because of how easily it could be abused. A group of friends could easily commend each other to mislead players into thinking they are trustworthy.

People don't usually pay for travel expenses they except you to go to them and sell your pokemon to them

Yep, the actual implementation would be a pain, but there are Trade Moderators who tries to guarantee that every trade goes smoothly :)

The PRO market is quite free. If you are in a Guild, that's usually the best place to get a reasonable quote on prices and the like of those trading it.
