My nick name in game is OzzyBlack i wish to reset my account and start journey from new. I wish to start game on this account from new.

But i wish to keep my items from coin shop like Arc9 mount or Lapras Mount and Team Rocket clothes and other things what i have.

Does it is even possible to reset account ? I dont wanna create new account couse this is little nosens and i would keep my username.

I play here from so long and i dont wanna end game here or create new accounts.

Unfortunately staff will not reset your account, instead you can either create a new account or start again on a different server.

Hi there, you can make other account (2 account per email) and after you get 4 badge you can trade all that to your new account (make sure in same server). Hope it can help you, sorry that we cannot reset your account by the personal reason. Sorry again...

 

P/s: player allow to have 2 account per server, don't make mass account as it can led to banned.
