Eh, personally I think Level 55-60 should be fine considering by then your team should already be at least lv70. It also gives players an easy access to a good training spot before battling Rayquaza and Deoxys, if they still feel unsure about it. prolly just one or two, and beat the purpose of vroad. thats why instance dungeon is better orsomething like ceru cave that you need beat lance to access it. How about a new area accessed through an opening in Hoenn VR, only accessible after E4? Of course, the new area should be an area outside the cave, with different Pokemon instead of more Graveler/Golbat spam xD Or at least give us Boldore & Swoobat instead.
