I'm Kanto/Johto & Hoenn Champion and i have not yet had the opportunity to go or how I can this place.. Thank you for your future responses. Abandoned Desert Village is part of the Johto MS-only area, I believe. Talk to the sailor at the south end of Olivine City, he'll bring you to Dock Island. You should be able to explore and find it from there.
