Nothing. I can't start the game at all.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Latest drivers installed. Set compatibility mode. Followed guides for Windows 10 crash fixes. Tried 32 bit and 64 bit clients and ran CCleaner.

 

Description and Message

Hi, I just got the game and when I click the executable, I see the game on my taskbar, but no actual game window comes up. When I hover the mouse over the game icon on the taskbar, I can see a window present with what looks like the options for the user agreement( green and red buttons), but even when I click the preview pane, I'm unable to get a game window. I've tried all of the windows 10 fixes in your faq, and can't get the game window to actually open.

One good starting point would be to check your firewall. Sometimes games by default are blocked because windows doesn't recognize the program trying to access the internet. Secondly, I would right click the PRO Executable and Run it as Administrator. Some programs just don't have permission to run as a normal user.

Have you tried testing Compatibility Mode for both Windows 7 and 8?

 

I looked around for threads where other users had similar problems as you - is this case similar to yours? If so, the user who posted there said they found a solution by re-extracting the files, so you could try to see if that works.

Tried everything under the sun, including the 32 bit version which did the same thing. The game apparently doesn't like Windows 10 at all it seems, even when compatibility mode is set. I literally went through all of the troubleshooting threads regarding Windows 10 issues before I posted.

What are you using to extract the files?

 

Also, what happens if you Alt+Tab to the program?

 

I know you said you've already looked through it, but take another look at the Windows 10 Crash Fix thread, and make sure to look over Shane's addition to it as well.
