May I suggest if you connect to the game via vpn, try different IPs until it works, but your actual accounts are not banned.

i already tried to use VPN and Other cellular sim to change ip

 

but all results still be the same

its useless even with VPN

It could be that you're just choosing banned IPs from the list. Try perhaps using a different vpn provider?
