Please help me in my log in issue

 

When i tried logging in there is a note that " Your account has been banned from PRO"

 

But i didn't do anything illegal

 

In fact i already check my account in PRO website but my account is not banned

 

i tried to create another account to test but it has been banned too

 

Jeaneeya is my another PRO Username

 

Please help me activate my 2 account

This is because the IP you are using is banned for some issues. Try playing on a place which is not banned.

This is likely the problem. When you connect via a public IP address, there's a chance the system will block the IP address off. If you've already checked your account page and it confirms you're not banned, then stop playing at locations with public IP addresses and try to change your IP address when you're home.
