213259 someone told me that Pokemon PRO is not compatible with Windows 7 anymore, you can only play it with windows 10. I hope its not true doe.

To everyone who has posted in this thread:

When a new client comes out, there are occasionally unforeseen issues which were not present in the previous clients. If you're having an issue playing the game, make sure to follow the guides that we have available for you STEP BY STEP. If you've already done this, and you're still encountering issues, then please be patient while we try to find solutions to these problems.

If you're a Windows 10 user, please follow this guide.

IMO, the most common problems are issues with downloading and extracting the game. When you download the game, create a new folder, and make sure to extract ALL of the files into the new folder.

Also, please let us know if you're able to come up with a remedy for the issue yourself. This may help others in the future.
