Since its neutral nature and all ivs are almost the same its up to u to decide. xd All evos viable for that eevee in my opinion.

 

Since spatk is higher than atk u might avoid here flareon or leafeon, but tbh if u want it really bad u could go for one of them too.

Espeon is best with its HA, Magic bounce, but your eevee does not have hidden ability. However, Jolteon is good without its H.A, as volt absorb is prefered rather than quick feet.

I would go for Jolteon.
