As the previous user said, you are putting a quotation mark in front of your target shortcut. This is how your shortcut looks right now:

"C:\PRO poke\PRO64_95_42.exe -force-d3d9

 

However, it should look like this instead:

C:\PRO poke\PRO64_95_42.exe -force-d3d9

 

Type it like that into the textbox, removing the " symbol at the beginning of the line. Then try it again.
