Paid Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 If you're looking for Surf, go to the south exit of Fuchsia, talk to Victor on the beach. Defeat his Pikachu, then head back to the Safari at the far north of Fuchsia. Talk to one of the guards inside the gate. It costs $5,000 to enter the Safari Zone for 20 minutes. Surf is in Safari Zone area 3 I believe. Protip: Bring your own Pokeballs!
