my account cant access suddenly

its say "banned"

if i do something wrong or abuse the rule pls forgive me:(

im just newbie look at my current play time sir

pls help me out

First log in here it will tell you if you are banned on any servers.- https://pokemonrevolution.net/Account.php , then appeal here if it informs you that you are banned - https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=32. , if not you are likely IP banned.

also i would like to know if you are using a public wifi, School, Work, Library, etc?

i use wifi from office then home wifi

 

when i try to login that link, its say:

 

BLUE Server:

This Account is banned until 2016-07-28 21:23:16

 

Reason: Auto-Ban: S-2.

Then most likely you need to switch to another server and start fresh or possibly appeal as it seems you have been automatically banned by the game due to a possible number of reasons. You can appeal by going to the Discipline Appeal Board and make a topic.

i've already make a new topic sir but when i try to login to another server then switch back to blue server, most likely its say you have been banned from PRO.

If you have been banned from the Blue Server, you will not be able to login there until your ban has been lifted. Wait for your topic in the Discipline Appeals subforum to be answered by a staff member. Do not post further topics about your ban within the General Support subforum, as this is not the correct place for that.
