The dialogue in PRO will never be translated to other languages as there is a lot of dialogue already and new dialogue is being added every day.

As far as I know the only plans for translation are the menus and user interface.

Jolly said right, the game will keep English for major thing, and only some minor will translate, but it will be far future. Sorry about that
